Job Summary
Busser/food runner responsibilities: provide friendly, efficient service and support to servers, bartenders, and all team members; deliver food and beverages to guests accurately; maintain station cleanliness and stock supplies; assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks; follow uniform guidelines and professional grooming standards; communicate positively with guests and coworkers; arrive on time for shifts; observe state and federal alcohol-serving laws and maintain knowledge of the menu and host procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read English
- Stand for long periods
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food and drink items to guests
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC certification
