Job Summary
Bartender at Sixty Vines in The Woodlands, TX. Prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, and related items according to established recipes; assist guests with questions about the menu and deepen knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine. Maintain bar cleanliness and proper sanitation, handle cash and credit card transactions, and perform food delivery and table maintenance duties. Assist in pre-busing and table grooming, coordinate with coworkers and management, and participate in continuous education. Must have High School diploma or equivalent, read/write/speak English, stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs, and hold Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; follow sanitation procedures and regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
