Job Summary
Bar Back duties include preparing and delivering drinks to the wait staff following established recipes and maintaining a clean work area. Responsibilities also involve assisting wait staff, bus tables, and ensure the dining room operates efficiently. Must interact professionally with guests and coworkers, maintain cleanliness, restock inventory, and handle equipment properly. This role requires lifting and standing for long periods, adherence to uniform standards, and a current Food Handler's Certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and understand tickets
- Stand for long periods
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures
