Job Summary
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to provide a genuinely hospitable experience. Duties include greeting guests, informing them of specials and menu changes, making recommendations, answering questions about food/beverages, taking orders via the POS system and relaying to the kitchen/bar, delivering orders, maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, assisting teammates, and remaining available to ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operations as directed by the manager.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment, while still delivering on our promises to our guests, ensuring a team focused environment.
