Job Summary
Line Cook at SuViche Brickell prepares a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables and other items to order, ensuring 100% adherence to recipe standards, portion sizes, quality, and safety. Maintains a clean, sanitary workstation, stocks and restocks line stations, and collaborates with FOH to deliver an exceptional guest experience across dine-in, take-out, and delivery. Requires experience with professional kitchen equipment (knives, slicer, salamander, stove, oven, mixer, fryer, woks), strong communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and endurance for long standing shifts. Responsibilities include setting up and restocking work areas, executing each dish to the highest standards, practicing proper food handling and storage, adhering to closing procedures, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement. Qualifications specify 2+ years of kitchen prep and cooking experience, 6+ months in a similar capacity, equipment knowledge, clear communication, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
