Sustainment Warehouse Lead

Job Summary
Lead sustainment warehouse operations in Sydney, coordinating inbound/outbound logistics, packing, hazardous goods handling, and stock management across multiple sites. Responsible for setting up new facilities, improving inventory workflows, supporting test/production teams with planning and hardware kitting, and communicating material flow across hardware and production teams. Requires cross-functional collaboration, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to establish SOPs. Qualifications include forklift/crane licences, a valid driver’s licence, and eligibility to obtain NV2 security clearance. Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management tools, plus excellent customer service and proactive process improvement capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience as a warehouse or logistics coordinator or equivalent role.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally working towards a common goal.
- Polished communication skills.
- Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tooling.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Forklift/crane licence(s).
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.
