Job Summary
Sustainment Program Manager responsible for leading production program cost, schedule, and technical execution; manage risk and opportunities; drive profitability and program performance; oversee proposals through RTX Lifecycle Program Management; lead a matrixed, geographically dispersed team with up to 10% travel; onsite roles at Fullerton, CA; El Segundo, CA; El Paso, TX; or Andover, MA; require active DoD Secret clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior Program/Project Management Experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
