Job Summary
Sustaining Engineer Supervisor role based in Blauvelt, NY. Lead and develop the Sustaining Engineering team (2 Sustaining Engineers, a Sr. Designer, and a Compliance and Regulatory Engineer) to improve product delivery, BOM accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities include managing Engineering Change Order, Product Improvement, and Value Engineering processes; coordinating validations; prioritizing work by safety and urgency; leading cross-functional meetings; overseeing BOM/drawing updates, file organization, and design-standards compliance; driving project timelines and KPIs; and ensuring engagement with Watts’ values in a on-site manufacturing environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8 years of mechanical engineering design/manufacturing experience, and SolidWorks proficiency. Travel less than 5%. Pay range $114K-$124K annually.
