Sustaining Engineer

Support, maintain, and continuously improve existing fenestration product designs, systems, and manufacturing processes. Resolve product issues and implement design improvements by collaborating with Sales, Service, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support engineering change processes. Work cross-functionally to assist products through their full lifecycle, ranging from early-career to mid-level ownership scaling with experience.
