Job Summary
Sustainability Transformation Manager to drive ESG embedding across the bank, with a focus on the credit process. You will lead and enable sustainability transformation initiatives, deliver strategic enhancements and regulatory deliverables, and collaborate with Sustainability and business-unit colleagues across the Group to embed sustainability into risk management practices and customer journeys. The role requires extensive cross-group engagement to support growth of green and transition lending, governance, and clear articulation of proposals to senior stakeholders, while coaching and developing others in a hybrid working environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant industry, business, and/or transformation experience
- 5+ years’ experience and proven delivery across customer-facing businesses with in-depth knowledge of front line processes and customer journeys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to articulate proposals to senior stakeholders
- Ability to build enduring relationships with senior stakeholders
- Proven capability of developing and coaching people, empowering and trusting in others
