Job Summary
Conduct market intelligence by gathering insights from peers, alliances, and competitors to feed strategic thinking. Prepare documentation and presentations for top management and governance bodies in English and French. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings while supporting the animation of the sustainability ecosystem. Contribute to storytelling and content efforts to deploy sustainability initiatives across the Group. Assist with logistics and communication for sustainability-related events, workshops, and challenges. This 4- to 6-month internship begins September 2026 within Accor's Sustainability Division in Issy-les-Moulineaux, reporting to the Strategic Project Director. Fluent in French and English, candidates must hold a Master's degree in Sustainability, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Fluent in French and English
- Internship duration of 4 to 6 months
- School agreement required
- A signed internship agreement from an accredited higher education institution
