Job Summary
Lead product stewardship by monitoring global regulations like EU REACH, RoHS, and Prop 65, while managing CMRT and EMRT reporting. Collect and validate compliance declarations, then develop and maintain platforms to generate routine reports for customers and regulatory bodies. Direct the identification and phase-out strategies for PFAS in response to emerging restrictions. Provide technical guidance to R&D and Engineering during New Product Introduction to ensure compliance by design. This role requires overtime for alternate shifts and weekends. A bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Environmental Science and three years of hands-on experience in product stewardship are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in product stewardship or regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of REACH, RoHS exemptions, and Prop 65 labeling requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex technical regulations to non-technical stakeholders
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status)
- Must be available for overtime
- Must be available for alternate shifts
- Must be available for weekends
