Job Summary
Manage FMSC’s international sustainability initiatives, lead the MannaPack Mix program, develop training materials for International Programs staff and partners, coordinate trainings and partner meetings, oversee procurement and program operations, and stay informed on humanitarian development trends. Responsibilities include designing and expanding community-led sustainability programs with international partners, producing program impact reports, ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment, and supporting grants and content development through ethical storytelling practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree, 3 years of relevant work experience, and 1 year of program or project management experience required
- In lieu of degree, equivalent relevant work experience will be considered
- Experience facilitating locally led initiatives across diverse cultural contexts in international settings is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience living within an economically developing nation highly desired
- Proficiency in MS Office; database experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Able to travel domestically/internationally up to 25%
- Flexible and adaptable with strong organizational skills
- Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills
