Job Summary
Lead the global ESG subcommittee "Social and Governance," coordinating cross-functional alignment across HR, Legal & Compliance, and Communications. Develop and implement sustainability strategies for social and governance topics while building ESG rating structures from the ground up in alignment with CSRD requirements. Drive strategic initiatives enabling impactful decision-making and measurable business value. Manage the social chapter of the global sustainability report to ensure high-quality visibility at ELT and shareholder levels. Requires strong project management skills, fluency in German and English, and experience in international sustainability environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Several years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related roles in an international environment
- Academic degree in sustainability, business, environmental science, or a related field
- Willingness to work in global, cross-functional teams and manage international stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g. Ecovadis, UN Global Compact, CSRD) is a plus
