Sustainability Leader

Lead the development and execution of Verdantas' sustainability and ESG strategy; serve as the primary liaison between the Sustainability Community, ESG Program, and executive leadership; oversee sustainability planning, reporting, and performance tracking (including life cycle assessments, emissions inventories, and ESG disclosures); collaborate with practice leaders, project teams, and clients to embed sustainability into service delivery and innovation; partner with Sustainability Advisory Practice to support client engagements, including strategy development and cross-offering integration; manage multiple client engagements as a Project Manager in areas such as materiality assessments, climate risk and resilience, and decarbonization plans; provide mentorship and professional development for early career professionals; facilitate internal engagement through knowledge-sharing activities; support identification and development of sustainability champions; represent the organization in external forums and client engagements related to sustainability; monitor regulatory trends and emerging best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
