Job Summary
Conduct data analysis and trend identification in the sustainability space while preparing reports summarizing market and client research findings. Track lead conversion metrics, assist in creating presentations and marketing materials for client pitches, and leverage existing case studies into Go-to-Market decks. Support live projects by documenting sales processes, suggesting improvements, and providing admin support during client interactions such as scheduling meetings and sending follow-ups. Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations leads to help streamline sales processes. This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn how to analyze sustainability data and understand emerging disclosure requirements within our global impact consulting firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Good understanding of GRI, BRSR, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, and other sustainability standards
- Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple threads and deadlines effectively
- Strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity
Desired Qualifications
- Some exposure to sustainability concepts
- Familiarity with global and regional frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, or ISSB
