Sustainability Engineer

Job Summary
Develop and execute ESG strategies aligned with business goals, embedding sustainability requirements into greenfield facility site selection, engineering, and contractor management. Conduct environmental impact assessments, monitor energy and water metrics, and support ISO 14001/45001 implementation and carbon footprint reduction initiatives. Collect and analyze data using AI-enabled tools to prepare GRI, SASB, and TCFD reports while ensuring compliance with local and global regulations. Coordinate cross-functionally with Project, Facilities, and EHS teams to drive decarbonization, waste minimization, and circular economy initiatives. Benchmark site performance against industry standards and engage collaborators for awareness campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, EHS, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sustainability, ESG, EHS roles
- ESG frameworks
