Job Summary
Collect, analyze, and report carbon emission data across transportation and logistics activities while ensuring compliance with the GHG Protocol and GLEC Framework. Support design and implementation of decarbonization initiatives involving renewable fuels, energy efficiency, and waste reduction. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability practices and assist with annual sustainability surveys and reporting. Conduct research on emerging trends, best practices, and technological advancements to provide insights and recommendations on applicable policies by geography.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Data Science, Engineering, Sustainability or other related field
- 2+ years Business related sustainability or ESG education or experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience preferred with carbon emission reporting software or frameworks (GLEC framework, GHG protocol, EcoTransIT, Lune or similar)
- Experience preferred with data analytics or data visualization software (Excel, SQL, PowerBI)
- Must be detail oriented as well as proactive and self-motivated
- Passion for sustainability and decarbonization
- A team player who works well with others
- A strong work ethic with an appreciation for ownership, independence, accountability and autonomy in your role
