Job Summary
Manage the entire lifecycle of reclaim and warranty requests, from intake through resolution, serving as the direct point of contact for customers submitting these requests. Reconcile recycled materials with tally sheets, evaluate warranty submissions using internal tracking tools, and analyze Excel data to identify discrepancies and prepare summaries for customer proposals. Coordinate logistics with recycling partners and internal teams to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely shipments while tracking and confirming Proof of Delivery for every shipment. Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports to summarize reclaim and warranty activity for Customer Service and Sales teams monthly, maintaining accurate records of all transactions and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, recycling, or a similar field
- manufacturing experience
- Strong organizational and tracking skills using Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, filters, charts, and data validation
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, especially when managing data and reconciling documentation
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
