Job Summary
Organize and stage tested IT equipment for online listing, photograph hardware with attention to clarity, and create accurate product listings across eBay and internal portals. Conduct basic product testing to verify functionality, research comparable products for competitive pricing, and monitor market trends to optimize visibility and sales. Enter detailed product data including specifications, weights, and dimensions to support accurate shipping estimates. Assist with packing and shipping sold items as needed while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires hands-on experience as an eBay seller and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years e-Commerce/eBay Seller experience preferred
- Basic understanding of consumer and/or enterprise-level IT hardware a plus
- Excellent computer/internet experience
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to photograph and upload accurate photos of items while maintaining a high aesthetic quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for technology and continuous learning
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Must be flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Comfortable working in a general warehouse setting
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to follow standard procedures
- Previous networking and/or installation experience highly desirable
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a workstation or service counter
- Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Frequent use of computer, phone, and other office equipment
- Capability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and over digital platforms
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Capability to work in various indoor non temperature controlled environments
- Manual dexterity to handle tools, and small components
- Extended periods of walking or standing throughout the workday
- Visual acuity to read labels and perform detailed tasks
- Willingness to adhere to physical safety protocols
