Job Summary
Sustainability Advisor (Management Systems) supports Environmental, EA&SP Management Systems by ensuring compliance with assurance processes and obligation requirements, tracking and documenting reporting milestones, and maintaining data systems for ongoing regulatory and internal governance. Responsibilities include managing permitting records and compliance tracking, coordinating with site teams and external regulators, supporting inspections and audits, developing data workflows and dashboards, and driving continuous improvement in permitting workflows, documentation, and data management practices. Requires experience with relational databases, data governance, and strong attention to detail, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and readiness to work a full-time schedule in a mining environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Geology, Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Natural Resources, Mining, or a related field, or equivalent experience highly regarded
