Job Summary
Suspension/Lift Technician in a Tire & Wheel shop. Oversees all shop activity, enforces safety, handles paperwork and inventory, places orders, tags and organizes returned products. Performs tire and wheel installations, lifts, brake work, wheel alignment, and front-end tasks; operates tire mounting/balancing machines; requires lifting up to 50 lbs. ASE certification preferred but not required; valid driver license with clean history, background check and drug screen are required. Full-time with benefits including medical/dental/vision, disability, life, 401k matching, paid holidays, and Sunday closing; Knoxville, TN shop with growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in: Ability to do lift kits on trucks, Can install leveling kits, Install brakes, Ability to mount, balance and install tires and wheels, Use of tire mounting and balancing machines, Ability to install vehicle lifts, Well versed in alignments, Strong knowledge of light front-end work, Must be able lift 50lbs unassisted
