Job Summary
Drive sales through operations and marketing execution while controlling profit and loss via inventory management and business analysis. Prepare various sushi dishes according to company guidelines on quality, portion size, and food safety, inspecting ingredients for sub-standard quality. Train and develop the team on culinary skills, product knowledge, and company policy while recruiting talent aligned with culture. Maintain a clean work environment to prevent contamination and set the example of customer service through ongoing communication. Requires three years in food service, sushi rolling experience, and valid food handler's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in the food service industry

- Excellent knife skills
- experienced in cutting large fish for sashimi & nigiri
- prepping vegetables for common sushi rolls & garnish
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Demonstrated professionalism in front of the customers
- respect for co-workers and workplace at all times
- Valid food handler's license
