Job Summary
Prepare sushi dishes in accordance with health regulations and restaurant standards; expertly cut, slice, and fillet various fish; maintain quality and presentation of sushi; manage inventory and place orders as needed; customize customer orders considering preferences and allergies; ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen; collaborate with waitstaff to accommodate special requests; report equipment issues to management; work weekends and holidays; require Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or ACF certification (preferred); valid food handler's license; strong knowledge of food safety regulations; ability to work under pressure and stand for long periods; excellent time-management and customer service skills.
