Job Summary
Entry-level Sushi Prep Cook responsible for cutting, slicing and filleting fish and vegetables, preparing various sushi dishes per quality and portion guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, inspecting produce and fish quality, reporting equipment issues, sterilizing utensils, and engaging with customers to ensure a valued experience. Requires 6 months in food service, English literacy, valid food handler’s license, ability to stand for long periods, and ability to work under pressure; sushi-rolling experience preferred.
