Job Summary
Conduct full production of sushi, maki, california rolls, and spring rolls while maintaining HACCP standards and daily fridge inventory checks. Manage the entire stand setup, cleaning, and restocking to ensure smooth service for Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya brands. Prepare all recipes and maintain production standards across kiosks. No Sunday work or shifts after 7 PM; schedule includes two days off weekly.
