Develop the sushi buffet at XIAO Restaurant in Bochum by continuously innovating with culinary trends and setting new standards. Execute independent production of high-quality sushi, managing all preparation and post-preparation tasks while adhering to HACCP hygiene regulations. Plan and handle economically efficient inventory preparation and maintain equipment cleanliness. This role requires extensive experience as a sushi chef with creative flair and attention to detail. Flexible working hours and a competitive salary are provided alongside free drinks and parking.
