Job Summary
Prepare ingredients by slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and making sushi rice. Assist in making sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely preparation and uphold excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction. Learn traditional techniques alongside experienced chefs in a customer-focused setting. This role is available morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends for candidates 18 years or older.
