Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station in strict adherence to health and safety policies, collaborating closely with kitchen staff. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests and fulfilling special requests in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience with sushi, strong knife skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with sushi, or in a similar role
