Job Summary
Sushi Cook at MSP Airport responsible for preparing station-specific sushi and Japanese dishes per recipes and pre-set time limits, ordering ingredients as directed, maintaining rice pH, following portion controls and presentation standards, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and supporting kitchen operations (setup, breakdown, cleaning, stock, and coordination of timely delivery of foods) while delivering high-quality guest service and maintaining equipment and storage areas in line with OTG specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Japanese-style cooking
- Relevant experience working in a sushi restaurant
