Job Summary
Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients and support the sushi team under the supervision of senior chefs. Maintain the sushi station, ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards while contributing to a high-quality guest experience. Demonstrate a genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for Japanese cuisine; work well with a large team in a luxury, high-volume environment. Required Qualifications
- Experience preferred as Sushi Commis Chef in a luxury high-volume restaurant (preferred)
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and guest-focused service
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards
