Sushi Clerk

Sushi Clerk at Hy-Vee responsible for filling customer orders, handling food safely, ordering and receiving products, labeling and dating, and putting product away. Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service; assists customers at the Chinese Express counter; ensures sanitation and freshness of food; prepares and replenishes products and coordinates with team to maintain a positive shopping experience. Must have High School or equivalent plus Food Safety Certification and prior related experience. Physical duties include lifting and moving items; fast-paced environment with exposure to raw fish and other ingredients.
