Job Summary

Greet customers warmly, take orders at the counter and over the phone, and assist with product finding and carrying heavy purchases. Prepare, finish, and replenish fresh sushi and other food items while monitoring freshness and supply levels. Maintain proper sanitation, check in product, label items accurately, and keep the work area clean. Order supplies as needed and follow production lists to anticipate daily product requirements. Ensure compliance with dress code, hygiene standards, and all company policies while working alongside teammates. High school diploma and Food Safety Certification required; six months of similar experience preferred.
