Job Summary
Complete opening and closing checklists, prepare seafood, meats, poultry, and vegetables for fryers or hand preparation, and adhere to standard portion sizes and cooking methods. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including prep areas, fryers, and refrigeration equipment while following all kitchen rules and policies. Use the Standard Recipe Handbook for all product preparation and promptly report equipment or food quality issues to supervisors. Attend scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement. Perform other related duties as assigned by Kitchen or Restaurant Management. Full-time or part-time roles are available with a complete training program provided for those seeking advancement.
