Job Summary
Prepare sushi and Asian-inspired dishes to the highest standards while supporting the Head Chef with efficient kitchen operations. Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to and communicate these effectively to the team. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment and keep the kitchen clean and organized to meet hygiene requirements. This role requires legal right to work in the UK and offers salary up to £17 per hour with Monday to Saturday shifts and 28 to 30 days of holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation
- Legal rights to work in the UK
- Previous experience in a similar role within an Asian cuisine restaurant
