Job Summary
Manage the Kiosk and team while maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance, ensuring all EHO expectations are met. Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift, and accurately label products to ensure lawful compliance around food safety and allergen regulations. Lead by example in a fast-paced environment, building confidence and capability in your team while constantly looking for ways to improve. Work early shifts starting at 6am some days, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety on site.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading people, who can build confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
- Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
- Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker
- An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
