Job Summary
PART-Time Sushi chef sought to prepare fresh ingredients by hand including meat and raw fish products, accurately label products for allergen compliance, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment. Role requires following brand standards and company policies, delivering high-quality, sustainable food, and contributing to a team or working independently. Early shifts (as early as 6:00am) and weekend availability are required. Responsibilities include multitasking in a fast-paced setting, assisting customers with a smile, and continuous learning and development.
