Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Thorough training program to prepare individuals with superior knife skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food quality and sanitation standards
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
