Job Summary
Prepare, cook, and serve sushi with emphasis on traditional techniques and presentation; maintain HACCP-compliant safety practices; develop new recipe ideas and adapt dishes to customer feedback; present dishes to guests and build relationships with customers; ensure inventory and food rotation to minimize spoilage; collaborate with staff to deliver a high-quality Dana Hospitality experience and uphold local sourcing principles; require strong customer service, multitasking ability, and clear communication with customers, clients, and management.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working primarily with sushi and Japanese cuisine
- Serve Safe and FoodSafe certification
