Job Summary
Prepare appraisals, valuations, and high-quality written advice including Red Book reports to support consultancy and agency work. Analyze data to inform development consultancy, land assembly strategies, and disposal advice for public and private sector clients. Liaise with clients, lead meetings and presentations, and collaborate across firm teams on subject matter expertise and business development initiatives. Provide support and training to graduates while raising the team's profile internally and externally.
Required Qualifications
- RICS qualified
- RICS Registered Valuer
- 1-3 years Post Qualified Experience
- Knowledge of the planning system
- Good knowledge of Argus Developer
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive
- Personable and capable of working positively within a team
- Solution-orientated
- Strong attention to detail and high service delivery skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time
- Able to listen, assimilate and act expeditiously
- Good report-writing ability
