Job Summary
Provide expert landlord and tenant advice on single assets and portfolios, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease re-gears. Undertake valuations, feasibility assessments, and due diligence for acquisition, disposal, and secured lending in accordance with RICS standards. Deliver tailored consultancy supporting asset performance and investment decisions while monitoring market trends and preparing reports on rental values. Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors to identify new business opportunities and contribute to winning instructions. Supervise and mentor junior surveyors, providing technical guidance and supporting team development. Ensure all instructions comply with RICS standards, company procedures, and relevant legislation. Full UK driving licence required; travel throughout the UK will be necessary, though most travel is regionally focused across the Midlands and North.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS or equivalent)
- Proven experience (typically 1 to 5+ years)
- Strong client management, business development, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of valuation and landlord and tenant principles
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
Desired Qualifications
- Established network of automotive and roadside sector contacts and relationships
- Valuation skills and knowledge of Valuation software (Argus, Kel)
