Job Summary
Support the Property lead as a key contact for the Asset Manager across allocated assets, maintaining professional communication with clients, occupiers, and stakeholders. Assist in preparing client reports, attending meetings, and managing lease and legal matters including occupier applications, compliance monitoring, and technical query responses. Manage financial processes such as raising charges, monitoring income, arrears management, and service charge budgets while ensuring RICS compliance. Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and support major works projects, alongside overseeing supplier performance and property transitions. Engage directly with occupiers to gather feedback and enhance customer experience, while collaborating on ESG initiatives and resolving legacy property management issues.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally working towards MRICS or recently qualified
- Solid experience in property management or related role
- Good understanding of landlord and tenant matters
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Competent IT skills, including property management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Collaborative team player supporting colleagues and wider team objectives
- Professional and confident communicator (internal and external)
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Adheres to JLL working practices and values
