Job Summary
The Surveyor is responsible for performing land surveys and overseeing survey field crews and office staff. Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing survey plans and plats, preparing legal descriptions, performing mathematical calculations, and maintaining survey records. The role requires a minimum of one year of experience in land surveying, both in the field and office, with a preference for Certification as a Surveyor Technician. The position operates under the supervision of a Senior Professional Surveyor.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience in land surveying field work as a party chief
- One (1) year of experience in land surveying office work calculating boundaries and drafting survey drawings
