Job Summary
Professional Surveyor to lead and participate in land surveying and site development projects, coordinating with engineers, architects, and clients; responsibilities include field surveying (GPS data collection, equipment setup), deed and boundary research, preparation of surveys and construction documentation with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and supporting base mapping and existing condition documentation; requires a Bachelor’s in Surveying/Civil Engineering (preferred), Ohio-licensed or on track to licensure, and at least 5 years of surveying experience; hybrid/remote potential and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Registered Professional Surveyor (PS) in the State of Ohio, or on track to obtain licensure
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, boundary surveys, and construction staking
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented attitude
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to producing quality work
