Job Summary
Surveyor responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting and analyzing survey data, and preparing detailed maps, plans, and reports. Will utilize GIS software to manage spatial data, perform boundary surveys, calibrate and maintain surveying equipment, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals. Requires adherence to local land laws and industry standards, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to present findings to clients and stakeholders. Role emphasizes applying surveying techniques, data interpretation, and continued professional development in surveying technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying or a related field
- Proficiency in surveying equipment, GIS software, and CAD applications
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed
