Surveyor

Deliver land and property advice and services to clients while managing a range of tasks and schemes to high standards. Use a proactive approach to meet client deadlines and objectives, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and land owners. Support the development of junior staff by providing constructive line management, delegating tasks effectively, and engaging in regular progress reviews. Share experience to support wider organizational development while maintaining knowledge through specialist CPD. Participate in company groups and initiatives to maintain a positive workplace attitude. Full UK driving licence and MRICS or AssocRICS qualification required. Located in Crewe.
