Job Summary
Ensure cost-effective operational running of allocated sites by inspecting in line with client requirements and managing exit strategies for vacated properties. Liaise with clients, landlords, and third parties to ensure uninterrupted use of premises, acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenant. Identify and drive cost savings for corporate occupiers while monitoring income collection for sublet properties. Manage lease terms, statutory compliance, and inspections, advising clients of any necessary actions. Provide regular and accurate client reports to contribute to departmental targets and deliver services within client budget. Maintain direct, frequent client contact to build relationships and support business development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Full Driving Licence
- A level of experience selling successfully to clients
- Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management
- Demonstrable technical competence in property management
- Basic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets)
- General practice background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice
- Experience of working in a large practice and/or corporate environment
- Rounded experience of general surveying skills
- An understanding of business development and client relationship management
- Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally
Desired Qualifications
- Property management / general practice background for or within either a corporate, public sector or private practice
- Working knowledge of industry specific packages preferred (e.g. TRAMPS/PM&A)
