Surveyor

Conduct topographic, boundary, construction layout, and sub-surface utility surveys across Florida sites using robotic total stations and GNSS/GPS systems. Execute precise building layouts, curb offsets, and grading staking while maintaining accurate field notes and digital data logs. Coordinate with project managers and design teams to verify horizontal and vertical accuracy, troubleshoot field conditions, and prepare as-built data for final drawing packages. Manage personal equipment and comply with safety standards during outdoor operations. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
