Job Summary
Operate and calibrate surveying instruments (total stations, GPS, and laser scanners) to measure land features and boundaries; collect data related to topography, terrain, and property lines; use CAD/GIS to create and modify drawings and models; generate survey reports with findings and compliance recommendations; document survey methods and equipment; collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide necessary survey data; ensure surveys meet regulatory standards; conduct on-site inspections; assess environmental and physical factors that may impact surveys.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Civil or Geodetic Engineer
- Preferably with 3 years of work experience in surveying, particularly in infrastructure, rail, building, and civil construction projects.
