Job Summary
Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, and data collectors for topographic, boundary, and construction staking projects. Organize and maintain surveying equipment, tools, and supplies while preparing and reviewing field notes, sketches, and data files. Assist with survey plan and report preparation, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and team members to ensure accurate task completion. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies as needed. Requires an Associate's degree in Surveying, one year of fieldwork experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a valid driver's license. Located in Coraopolis, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certificate in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in surveying, including fieldwork and office tasks
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and data collectors
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other surveying software
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel as required
